Mass Torts and Nurse Consulting

Our staff of degreed, registered nurse experts translate medical records into a document that is understandable and on target to the specific litigation needs of our customers. For individual Pharmaceutical Mass Tort projects, our Registered Nurses are trained on the individual drug, the history of the drug, its adverse effects, the injury it’s linked to and all other risk factors involved that could have also caused the injury. This allows our nurses to create brief triage reports, providing attorneys with a snapshot of their overall case inventory. Our nurses are also instructed by the experts which specific medical records need to be ordered for initial case evaluation.
